Informed Health Decisions (IHD) provides intuitive visualizations of the most up to date clinical data to help patients make informed, evidence-based decisions. IHD was built in early 2013 by and for the medical community to help physicians communicate risk factors, health outcomes, and other quantitative material in an effective and accessible way.
We're looking for contributions in three forms: first, you can spread the word about IHD and encourage physicians and patients to communicate effectively regarding health decisions. Second, you can help by providing us feedback at feedback@ihd.com. Finally, please help us grow our repository of data sets by sending any additional material to data@ihd.com.
